DELIVERY POLICY
Hardware for Doors offer only a delivery service with all goods purchased on our web site using Fastway & Australia Post services.

The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday, Friday & Saturday excluding public holidays. We currently do have a Saturday delivery service. Hardware for Doors will deliver to addresses within the state.

PLEASE NOTE:

Hardware for Doors only utilises the services of specialized delivery companies. We deliver to all major capital cities. Our shipping rates are the best and for an additional charge we can deliver into regional metro and country areas of each state. Some areas due to their remoteness are not possible to reach due to the high cost of shipping.

Should an item be 'out of stock' greater than 10 days then you will be contacted soon after ordering to inform you so and an appropriate lead time will be provided. At this point you can choose to proceed or withdraw your order. As they have already researched the product locally to find it is in fact out of stock in major retailers as well and we are the best priced.

RETURN POLICY
We will not accept for return any product that has been used or installed or where you have attempted to install it, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product

REFUNDS METHOD
Once you've submitted your return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with your return details. Our carrier will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange collection. Please use the original packaging.
Once we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at Hardware for Doors. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
o Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
o For cheque/money order/ direct deposit / PayPal payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for Hardware for Doors to post the refund to your account.

RETURN STATUS
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Hardware for Doors Customer Service via email on info@hardwarefordoors.com.au
